WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
We have a production time of 5 to 10 working days, after which our products will be shipped out. The actual delivery time after the product is finished can vary slightly. Below are estimates only as supplied by Australia Post, bear in mind that these days deliveries can run late due to natural events. It is always advisable to allow for a few extra days.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Shipping is Free for orders of A$250 or above. Shipping cost for domestic starting from A$9.00. On the checkout page before payment, the delivery cost will appear.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We process payments via paypal, even you don't have a paypal account you can still use your credit card to shop at our website.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
You are entitled to return item(s) to get a refund or a replacement as long as it's in original condition and packaging, this applies to all products which are not "personalised". Products which have been personalised to your expressed wishes cannot be returned for any reason, unless prior consent from Aleto has been obtained.
