Aleto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Web Site. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Web Site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

Making A Purchase

Orders And Acceptance

When you place an order, Aleto will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order.

If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, Aleto will place that product on back order and will notify you as to when stock becomes available, unless you notify us that you wish to cancel the order.

Aleto will advise you of the delay.

Delivery And Risk

Aleto will endeavour to deliver products for accepted orders to the shipping address specified in your order as soon as possible, after the turn-around time of approx. 5 to 10 business days.   As we are based in Victoria, Australia, actual delivery times depend on the customer’s location and can vary a lot, for estimated delivery times, please go to FAQ.   Aleto does not warrant or guarantee that it will be able to deliver all products by a certain delivery date but will deliver all products for accepted orders within a reasonable time.  Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order

Price, Additional Fees And Special Offers

Prices are subject to change. All prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian GST (where applicable).

A shipping and processing fee will apply to all shipments of Aleto products.  Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Aleto for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, coupons or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Payment

You must enter your payment details at the time you place your order. All payment must be made in Australian currency.

Use Of Our Web Site

We welcome your comments about our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively “Comments”) sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Aleto. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

This applies to all products, which are not “personalised”, as products which have been personalised to your expressed wishes, cannot be returned for any reason, unless prior consent from Aleto has been obtained.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
